What is the blogosphere saying?

As you may or may not know, I use the social browser Flock and loving it — except it doesn't support WordPress' tagging system :-( — but today I noticed something strange.
In my Facebook people sidebar in Flock all of my friends' statuses what suddenly saying "is is" instead of just "is". For instance: "Søren [...]

And I owe it all to the new beta (release candidate 3) of the social browser Flock.
I've been testing the beta for some time now, but it wasn't until now that I discovered the actual power of the People sidebar. Whenever people update their profile on Facebook, the sidebar updates itself. I can also choose [...]

After running alpha builds of the 1.1 I just got my invitation to the private beta of the upcoming 1.0 version of the social web browser Flock.
Duncan Riley at TechCrunch feels the same way about Flock 1.0 as I do: Flock 1.0 Beta Released: Surprisingly Very Good
I'm not going to go further into the functionality [...]

Flock 1.0 is underway

The Flock team has introduced the 1.0 version of the social web browser at TechCrunch 40.
One of the new features in the new version, that I've had the change to test in a nightly build of Flock, is the People sidebar. What is basically does is, that it, for instance, shows your Facebook friends in [...]

Get Flocking in five minutes

Evan Hamilton from the Flock team informs us that they have created a "getting started" guide to the Flock Browser.
Even though it's kinda short (according to Evan you should be able to learn how to flock in five minutes) I think it pretty well covers the most important areas of Flock. An interactive "getting started [...]

I nearly forgot: Flock 0.9 is out

Woops, I nearly forgot to mention, that Flock 0.9 is out — a browser that I have been fortunate enough to test prior to its release.
And I must say, this is a browser beyond browsers out there. Even though it's built on Mozilla's popular Firefox browser, it adds a whole new social dimension to browsing, [...]

One of the few things I like about the Mac browser Safari is the combined address bar and loader. But now you don't have to have Firefox Safari to get that feature.
Just use the Fission extension, which I'm using right now — yes, it works with Flock (0.9 Beta) as well!

Testing Flock 0.9

From now I'm testing Flock 0.9 Beta, the new beta release of the social browser, which lets you do tons of stuff directly in the browser.
I've only just installed it, so I haven't really noticed anything different from 0.8.0.99 except better stability.
As a great feature the Flock guys have created a page, where you can [...]

Loving Flock's Flickr-ticker

Okay, until now I've just seen the Flock browser as little more than a variant of the Firefox code, but as I use Sulfur (Flock 0.8.0.99) more and more I understand why it's called a "social browser".
One of the things that I really like is the Flickr integration.
Every time Flock encounters an image hosted at [...]

Flock vs Ultimate Tag Warrior

Okay, you may have noticed the previous test post posting from the Flock browser.
Although it's really easy to post directly from Flock, I can't tag the posts with the Ultimate Tag Warrior tags (which I display here).
So I had to choose between posting from Flock and using the standard WordPress posting interface. I decided to [...]
