Firefox 2.0.0.4 is available

The Mozilla organization has just released version 2.0.0.4 of the open source browser Firefox.
As always you can read the release notes or check out which vulnerabilities have been fixed.
There's also a list of known issues, for instance this:
When trying to print web pages with text areas, if the text area contains a misspelled word and [...]

Will laziness be the death of Jaiku?

First of all, I admit that I don't use Jaiku a lot at the moment apart from some sporadic text messages from my phone.
But what is happening at Jaiku right now? When I sign in, most of the posts from my Jaiku contacts are little more than RSS powered postings.
Meaning that they insert the RSS [...]

Loving Flock's Flickr-ticker

Okay, until now I've just seen the Flock browser as little more than a variant of the Firefox code, but as I use Sulfur (Flock 0.8.0.99) more and more I understand why it's called a "social browser".
One of the things that I really like is the Flickr integration.
Every time Flock encounters an image hosted at [...]

Flock vs Ultimate Tag Warrior

Okay, you may have noticed the previous test post posting from the Flock browser.
Although it's really easy to post directly from Flock, I can't tag the posts with the Ultimate Tag Warrior tags (which I display here).
So I had to choose between posting from Flock and using the standard WordPress posting interface. I decided to [...]

Testing Flock's posting abilities

Okay, this is a post written directly from the Flock browser.
Is it working? :-)

I'm using FeedBurner

I've just created myself a profile at FeedBurner to make it power my RSS2 feed on this blog.
Just add this URL to your feed reader:

How to follow 622 feeds a day

I read somewhere that an average person meets 3000 pieces of information throughout the day. I guess the number is way higher for A-list blogger Robert Scoble.
Check out this video of how he follows 622 feeds a day.
That's just damn impressive!

Something went wrong with my Firefox installation so I had to delete the old profile, create a new profile and edit "profiles.ini" — don't get me started.
I think I got Firefox back up and running now, even though I can't select what feed to view when I have a WordPress blog opened in Firefox. Only [...]

I'm currently working on my master project at the Danish School of Journalism where I'm doing a communications assignment for a café and nightclub in Copenhagen named Nadsat.
A part of my project is to create a new website for Nadsat which I have chosen to be, of course, powered by WordPress.
As I've included a search [...]
